snowblower1,

PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you a PDF copy of the Workshop Manual for the BX2350.

Heads up ! ! ! getting to the fuel tank is REAL tough. I had to do that to change the fuel sending unit that went bad. It took my about 4 1/2 hours to get to the tank and remove it. (Had to flush it to get the rust from the sending unit out.) Getting it back together again took about another 4 to 4 1/2 hours for me. I figure it took that long, because I really didn't know what I was looking for. When you get it out, remove the sending unit to see if it has rusted (just another heads up).

Good luck.

Dave

Dave,
how did you clean the tank out? My sensor was cover with rust (looks like)
snowblower1,

After removing the tank, I took off the sending unit, then used the pressure washer to clean out the inside. I let it drain upside down for a couple hours in the sun. I checked the inside and saw no moisture. I put the NEW sending unit back in (AFTER giving it a coat of epoxy to prevent future rust) and put the rest of the tractor back together. SO FAR, no problems.

Hope you have fun with this one.

Dave

P.S. By the way, did you get the PDF file of the WSM ? ?

snowblower1,

Glad you got it. Only advice I Would have is to take your time, be patient and careful with plastic parts. Obviously the engineers and designers don't EVER work on these things, or the fuel tank would be designed DIFFERENTLY and in another location. Good luck.

Dave :D
