Dan is correct but you must look carefully. It's rather a small connector taped into the wire bundle there. It's on a ten amp circuit and there is no switch. It's hot whenever the key is on. It is a standard connector but you can't get it from Kubota unless you purchase the whole work light package unless things have changed.

I have a bag full of the connectors - cost of postage will get you one or more.

Running a heavy (fused) power wire to the rear of the tractor provides unlimited possibilities, (lights, fans, small winch, jumper cable, 12v fuel pump/bulk tank, ect)

I did a similar install as i7win7, although a bit more modest. I wanted a fuse block back there that I could take different switched circuits off of. My install was for a max of 20a draw. It powers all my added led lights, snowblower chute rotation and deflection, and an automated ssqa open/closer.

The (cheap) 40a relay powers the fuse block whenever the key is on (fed from that aux light connector).

I have the very same components sitting here right now. Mine will be 40A and everything will be housed in a polycarbonate enclosure with a gauges, switchs and multiple 12v outlets on the exterior. How hard or costly would that have been for Kubota?

i need a connector that will be like a cigarette lighter thing so I can plug in my light. is there such a thing and if so, what is it called so I can order one? Thanks
I install those connectors in all my vehicles:

They are referred to as "12V DIN" or "12V Hella" or "12V BMW motorcycle" connector.

They give better contact than cigarette lighter connectors.

You might consider something more weatherproof like SAE plugs or some flavor of automotive connectors of your tractor will see humid/corrosive conditions. Can also double as a battery tender connection if the connection is "always on.'

There are panel mount SAE ports also to make it easier to use, if you have a place to mount it.
