Rear Axle parts

Looking for rear axle case cover gaskets for my L2201DT
Are they the same as the gaskets for the L245DT Part# 37150-27340 Alt#32448-99140
I looked up the rear axle oil seals for the L245DT (part#37150-27560) this part will fit both models.
