Hi all, I'm new to the board and this is my first post. I acquired a G5200 from my Grandpa that has a beautiful G2546 blower on it. It did not have a mower deck so I ended up running two tractors. One for snow and one for grass. This weekend I was lucky enough to pick up a RC48G deck for my tractor (they seem to be getting harder to find). The deck looks like it is in good shape. A little rust here and there and some small holes underneath where the grass sits wet. All the spindles are good and everything turns well so I'm looking forward to stripping it, sandblasting it and using it for many years.

My questions are, I cannot read the decals. They seem to have information on setting the deck height and routing the belts. Can anyone snap a picture and send me a copy? Also, how does the deck mount to the tractor? I have the quick attachment for the blower and it looks like that has to be removed first? Again, would anyone be kind enough to take a pic and send it?

Thanks,
Mark

PS looking forward to running this oldie but goodie for many years. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1335100686.655666.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1335100704.000585.jpg

Well I mounted the deck this past weekend. (had my other rider seize a bearing on the deck). I will have to put off sandblasting the deck until this fall :(

I greased all the spindles and checked the mower blades (which are in good shape) and then ran it. I was quite happy with the cut and it has way more power than my old TroyBilt.

It still needs some work on the height wheels and the antiscalp rollers but that will come in time.

I was able to attach the deck without any issues. Here is a pic of the front shackle mount locations for reference. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1336692126.745680.jpg
