I am looking to switching to the R14 hybrid tire. Wanted to get feedback from anyone who is or has used them before.

Also, I looked at specs and can't seem to find the correct tire size to order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have them on my L2501DT. I have been doing a lot of digging around in some really clay soil. I haven't got stuck yet and that is with the backhoe hanging on the back with the pivot contacting at times. backing up slopes with a full loader bucket too but using the dif loc some. A lot better than my 8N with ag tires but of course 2wd vs 4wd too.

I also have them on my 2501 and really like them. I have almost all conditions from slopes, rocks, woods, wet marsh and of course regular lawn. I have not hit winter yet so no snow/ice feedback...

I have had no issues, knock on wood, except stupidly running over an old chicken run and taking multiple nails in the front (operator error  ). In real wet times, I avoid the lawn if possible but not too bad if I can't. Point of ref. is turfs on my lawn cutting machine and past use of older tractors with R1s

I Just looked at the "Build my Kubota" option on the Kubota USA site...it gives the R14 tire option details offered for a L3901 HST...may be helpful info for your investigation...

I only have ~38 hours on my L2501 and it's the only tractor that I've owned so I have no idea of the difference between the R14s and others.

I use my tractor to clear trails in hilly, rocky and sandy conditions as well as some mud work on 50 acres of land. So far I have nothing but good things to say. They hardly ever slip and if they do slip a little, 4 low solves the problem. I've never been on pavement with them.

I took a chance on them since there wasn't much information out there and so far I'm glad I did.

last year we bought a new B2601 with R14s to replace a BX with R1 tires. We use the tractor to move snow, mow three acres and do various chores. The R14 tires do no danage to the turf compare to the R1 and have just as good of traction on snow/ice when using the rear mounted snow blower and moving snow with the FEL. I had told the dealer I wanted R4 tires on the new B2601, but it had R14 tires when I went to pick it up. Now I am glad I ended up with R14s. Also, very pleased with the tractor's ride having R14s.
