I'm a recent owner of a 2008 BX24 w/FEL, backhoe, 50" snowblower, and recently added a 54" mower deck.
I also recently purchased (still in the box in fact) a Hardtop Cab mainly to use with my snowblower. My blower has a manual crank for the shoot. So, my question is would I need to get a converter kit for the shoot to work effectively with my Cab. I would appreciate hearing any input you can provide.

If I do need to convert my manual shoot to either electric or hydraulic, what are your experiences and recommendations?

This is a great Forum, I have learned a lot already and look forward to learning more!

Some cabs have a provision for the linkage for the crank shoot to still work.

If your going to convert it electric is by far a cheaper method, depending on your design of blower you might get lucky and only need a small window motor to operate it. ;)
