My grader scraper and rotary cutter both have a short section of lower 3pt pin bordered by flatbar that is drilled for the pin. The grader scrapers is about 2 7/8 between the flatbar and the rotary cutter is about 3 1/2 inches.

It seems the bushings aren’t available at exactly the right size, so I might have to cut to fit to have a tight fit. As wide as the bottom hooks are on the QH15, it seems close would be better and I could keep the factory coating on the bushing instead of loosing it on the cut side of the bushing.

If you use a QH15, do you try to fill the entire distance between the flatbar with a spacer, most of it, or just use the short bushing type?

You generally put a set of these on the implements so they fit the quick hitch lower receivers. The roll pin and adapter stays on the implement.

It depends on the type of implement. Sure, if the lower pins are completely open on one side, you use the collar type. My ballast box is like that.

Look at the pin on this cutter like mine. I pointed to the pin with an arrow.

I had the same issue that you have mentioned. The bushing does not need to be exact just covering most of the original pin on the attachment. Find the bushing that is closest to the size you need. Check the QH15 operators manual they have a list of Kubota part numbers for the bushings on page 15. They do list a 2 7/8" bushing in the list.

Here is a link to the manual for reference.
