PTO Shaft fluid leak

mx5200 pto leaking oil from the back around the shaft. Can i replace the shaft seal from the outside or do i need to take the bearing cover off and press it from the inside. What is missing?

This is the HST version of the MX5200 but your tractor may be a different model (DT or F). But this part of the tractor is PROBABLY the same.

Look at the 4 parts listed in the upper RH corner. Those are what I think seal the oil in. Three of them are internal, only the “wiper“ is external. One is a sleeve (collar) that fits onto the shaft that the seal rides on.
