I have a 2017 BX23S with 510 hrs on it and the pto just quit working while I was blowing snow with it. I took it to the dealer and they found the problem. The sealant they use at the factory to seal the hst was globed on it and a round thumb nail size piece broke off and went into a valve the runs the pto. It completely stopped it from working hopefully this is an isolated incident. The one good thing is it is still under warranty and the service manager has been in contact with the factory to get the needed parts and to notify them about the problem that needs to be addressed at the factory. He also said that all models of tractors use this sealant so it could happen to any other tractor not just the BX models. He has just gotten the needed parts and he said it will take them 2 or 3 days to get it put back together and then I can pick it up. Here's an update, I finally got my tractor back and the pto is once again working.
