Thank you. It's been an overwhelming process......
.....the dealership in Danville, IN, stood above it all, helped me when I didn’t even buy the tractor from them, exercised remarkable and extreme professionalism these past couple of weeks/month, and figured out/fixed my problem.......

Glad it has been corrected - good that the outcome is posted to benefit others, and good to see positive credit going to the Danville, IN dealership (Edwards Equipment?)

Yes, Edwards Equipment ultimately fixed it. I can't say enough good things about them. They'll get all of my business from here on out.
