My daughter has a b5200e used in good shape she would like to sell. It has 177 hrs. What would be a fair asking price?

A 28-41 year old, very low hour, 2 wheel drive, 13HP tractor, without loader (?) or mower(?) simply does not have a lot of value.
Low hours is nice, but parts availability will be difficult, if not impossible.
I will take a wild guess at $3,000, but that guess is only because of the exceptionally low hours.
I looked for comparable sales, but could not find pricing.
Perhaps another OTT member will have better information.
