Pricing info: BT 601 backhoe attachment. Ex. Condition

Need help with pricing.

I have a Kubota BT 601 attachment that***8217;s in excellent condition I need to sell, my BX 25 burned up in a barn fire last year. I also have a Lands Pride 53***8221; reverse tiller I need to sell. The only problem is I***8217;m not sure how much to ask. Both are in 8/10 condition.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hard for us to price it for you, because prices on equipment like that varies greatly per location and per demand.

Right now trying to sell either in the snow up here wouldn't get you much if any interest, but come spring or summer everyone will be jumping on them!

I would suggest looking on craigslist in and around your location to find comparable equipment and then price accordingly.

I'd go online and 'build a kubota' to find out what the 'dealer price' is for both of them.
Say the BH is $5000. OK dealer will dicount with tractor purchase BUT you'd need to pay taxes so 'out the door' still $5000.
Yours is used,older model (?),no warranty and can't be tested so maybe $4,000 ?
As NIW says, wait until Spring ( <50 days !), maybe 2nd week after you see worms on the driveway THEN advertise.
