This was my first mod. I know they make a kit but I realized the day I needed One to move dirt was during the weekend and the dealership was closed. Had to improvise with what I had on hand. It works for now.

The one glaring fault (besides no idiot light on the parking brake lever) that Kubota has, their extremely lame bucket level indicator.
Lol on the parking brake. I have found I get my foot caught on it anyway which knocks it loose for me
The SECOND glaring fault was NO DRINK HOLDER! (At least on my ‘96 M4700.)
I added one to the right fender by cutting a 3-1/8” hole and inserting a marine drink holder.
The THIRD glaring fault was the stoopid, low-mount, DIM “headlights” that liight up the backside of the FEL bucket.

they carried that onto the BX23S.... when I went 'LED' , I didn't bother with the headlights... I already KNOW the back of my bucket is dirty, why LIGHT IT UP MORE ???
query.. anyone else lose the armrest rear cover pieces other than me ?? That little $20 piece of plastic 'trim' to cover the end of the arms ?

The L2501 has a cup holder with cutout for a coffee cup handle. WTH I can’t keep a bottled water in there without it bouncing out. Can’t imagine an open coffee mug.
It’s just got 2. The bottom holds the pivot and the top holds the eye bolt. The rod just slides through the eyebolt when the bucket moves. There is a bend in the rod at the level point.Nice addition. But is there a conduit run somewhere that's two hangers short?
My cab tractor has 2 cup holders, the os has none but I usually have a small cooler on the floor anyway.
Headlights are poor but I did the LED replacement bulbs, much better and again, the cab tractor has high mount LED spots. Just fine.
