I had a BX2670-1 that i loved but traded in for the BX23S. What are you looking to learn?

I think the drive over deck is good. I don't have any problems with it. I have to take the mounting bracket off to mount my front mount snow blade and that can be bit of a pain but it's not terrible and it's only off once a year and back on after winter.

I have a b2601 with drive over deck, really like it. Easy on and off especially if you don't have concrete to slide the old style off

Depend on who u are if your an older guy or don't have smooth Concrete to remove your deck on then drive over is the way to go. But for me being a young guy with smooth Concrete its a pain In the butt the frame just gets in the way when you try change filters and drain oil and it's harder to grease the driveshaft u joints I honestly wish I never got the drive over but that's my opinion.

45 years I've mowed with a ground contact deck. Just sold my 31 year old L2250 set up as such. Ordered up a B2601 with suspended/drive over deck. My dealer for the last 20 years said don't drive over the deck, he's seeing a good number of decks starting to cave in and it effects the decks operation over the long term. He's never steered me wrong and he's adamant about this fact.

Has anyone else heard of this problem? Is this a kubota problem, seems JD has had drive over mowers for years. I wonder if the caved decks are from people not setting the wheels in the up most position before driving over the deck

I've had my drive over deck for a year and a half and have seen no problems. They seem pretty robust. At least for my bx2670/23s. Not sure how the weight compares with a B series.
