So I finally have an update. The oil seal and oring in the charge pump have been replaced. The leak stopped. However, when I replaced the oil and filters I noticed that there were pieces of what looks to be a bearing and a circlip in the suction filter. We found the bearing that had been replaced but it seems as if they replaced the bearing but never replaced the oil filters. All they did was change the oil. We also noticed damage to the surface of the inner and outer rotors in the charge pump. It looks like I may have to replace those so now I’m waiting on those parts arrive. What I don’t know is if the flat surface of the housing where the rotors set against is also worn. If it is , should I even bother replacing the rotors. I think the galled scratched surface is not allowing it to build enough pressure for the PTO because when I try to Bushhog, the tractor surges forward in a jerking movement.
I am attaching pictures so you can what I’m talking about.

Yeeeeeow.
Yup…. These pins and this portion of the circlip were found in the suction filter alone with some other metal shavings. Filter screen was also dirty. Check out the pictures im sending.
