Any body order tool parts from OEM ? I ordered parts 7/15 got order confirmation, then nothing sent a email no response, they have chat on there web site got a auto reply every body is busy, hours later nothing. First time and last time ordering from them. Will be speaking with my bank to reverse charges.

Looking on Google Earth it seems to be a brick & mortar in a strip mall. There's a phone number on their website, not sure if calling would do any good. Hope you're successful though.

So I was looking online for a part and happened to find repairtoolparts.com. Shortly thereafter I ran into oemtoolparts.com and immediately noticed that they were clones of each other. At this point I became intrigued and did a little searching. Quickly I found toolpartspro.com, yet another clone.
I was struggling here to find anything else so I decided to look into the supposed address of 2117 Industrial Ct, Vista, CA. This led me to both toolmarts.com and toolorbit.com These two had a slightly different layout though. But, they still had the same address, same information, same deals, etc. And lastly I found toolmartsd.com. This one had quite a bit of a different layout than any of the others. But again, it still has the same address, same information, same deals.
So, I mean, this is obviously a scam site(s) right? It just seems weird to me how they went about it. And also, what about toolmartinc.com? This appears to be the site that they are all based off. Is this one actually legitimate?
