Traded in my older ZD323 on a lighter Z421 with 60” deck. Get home and find all the pulleys on the deck have no grease zerks. Haven’t seen any complaints on the net but seems like trouble to me. Are the newer bearings sealed? Thanks.....

I can't offer any help really, but do the spindle shafts have a place to add a zerk? I read lately where another brand have theirs that way.

There was a brand, Great Dane I think the grease fitting was on the bottom of the spindle per their local dealer.

No, They are shielded 6205ZZ bearings, (6) total. They are about $30 for a pair from Kobuta. They can be had for about $5 a peace at a NAPA and even cheaper from Amazon or eBay. The belt which is about $95 from Kobuta can be had for about $20. The belt size is 5/8 x 175inch.
