Sorry if I overlooked this subject when I searched, but I have an L285, (it's really the gray market L2600 version, but it's an L285). I can't locate my manual right now but I went to use the tractor the other day and when I turned on the switch, it's dead as a door nail. The battery is good, but when I turn on the key, I get nothing at all. No lights, no nothing. I was about to start checking for voltage when someone asked if it has a fusible link, and I don't know. So, does it have a fusible link? If so, where should I look? I had an old Datsun p/u years ago and it had one and it blew once and the truck was sure 'nuff dead. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the suggestions. I found my manual last night and sure enough, it has one, a 40A one. Looks to be near the starter. I'll check that first.
