New Tractor: Failed 3rd function hose/adapter

I have 10 hours on my new L3302. While using the grapple, the 3rd function hose started to squirt fluid when closing the grapple. I have attached a picture of the source of the leak, which shows a bulging o-ring. Could this have been operator error? Any other potential causes? I have already sent an email to our dealer with pictures/video but it is too early to expect a response. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Looks like it need a new o-ring. Failing at 10 hours, probably just didn’t seat quite right when installed.

Thats an ORB fitting that was not properly tightened.

Do you happen to know the specs on a replacement O-ring?

There are mutiple Third function kits the dealer could have used.
So to say the O-ring used would be a real guess on anyone's part.

Loosen it up reset the O-ring in it's slot then retighten the fittings.

Well I will guessg with some confidence

If thats an ORB fitting as it appears the o-ring is a 900 series.

#906 for a -06 fitting
#908 for a -08 fitting

Dont try to make something else work.
