Traded in a SCAG Tiger CAT II zero turn on this. I loved that SCAG but now I'm learning the ins and outs of operating and maintaining this B2601 I want to add a Tiller and some forks and a grapple. Thanks for the help here. Its amazing to see a forum where folks are so cordial and willing to help.

Forks are a "must have" for me. Once you get them, your gonna be like "how did I ever survive without them?" Hahahahah

You will miss the SCAG ZT for ease of mowing.
You will LOVE the 2601, because it is a REAL nice little tractor......for "tractoring".

Third vote for forks. Even a quality set is pretty cheap so far as attachments go. I don’t know how anyone survives without them.

I recently purchased 72" Fork extensions. They make the Fork attachment even more useful!

I have the same tractor and have now put 90 hours on it. Be careful maneuvering around "off yard" as the mowing deck is vulnerable to being damaged rather easily. I love mine and look forward to cutting grass, moving wood, mulch and whatnot. Nice little tractor. Congratulations.

Yes….pallet forks are the finest implement you can have… just avoid (if possible) the clamp-on types. They will ruin your bucket and can’t carry much weight. Buy a genuine set of pallet forks with a good back-grate (frame) that will protect your tractor-grille …(and You) … and still let you see-thru to observe the items you’ll be picking up with it. IOW, don’t buy forks with a low or non-existent frame and stay away from cheap clamp-ons (and don’t even THINK about buying those cheap, hollow-legged/tynes types. )
