So I Removed the pump and piping, Installed the seal and new O ring kit that I got from the dealer. Re-installed the pump, fired it up and i have a leak on the top side of the outlet. I tired giving it an extra tweak but didn't want to strip anything in the pump housing. Any ideas about this metal to metal seal as there were no gaskets or orings that I saw during removal. Suction (inlet) seem to be fine and no leaks from the body to engine interface. So just not sure if I didn't tighten enough but it think it should have been enough. First pic is mating surface to pump body.
3rd is to banjo bolt. Any insight would be appreciated.

Cheers

Those joints use copper gaskets. There should be a gasket anywhere steel would mate against steel. Copper work hardens, so reusing those washers is iffy. You should be able to get them from an auto parts store. Sometimes they have a rubber inner ring, that's ok. Or, if you're in the boonies, you can anneal them by heating them to red hot with a propane torch and letting them air cool.

It may be possible to make a copper gasket by using a pre-1982 penny and drilling it out to the proper size. Pre-1982 pennies are made from almost 100% copper. Pennies made 1982 and after are made from zinc and will not work.

There should be two metal crush washers on either side of the banjo. I see one on the bolt - probably the old one. New ones should be used.

Thanks Dan

I didn't see when i took apart but it probably dropped into the sawdust i had on the floor. Dealer in town may have new crush washer in town thanks for the quick response. I downloaded the WSM but didn't see an exploded view of a pump rebuild and pipe fittings.

Cheers

Thanks for all the help guys, found the gasket and re-used just to see and no leaks but I'll grab a couple new ones to have on hand. Go figure though, now have a small leak from loader quick coupler....lol. well I guess that's what happens pulling something apart that hasn't been touched for probably 25yrs.....

Thanks again
