Wait two days after a rain….. and ROLL IT! Then those ruts/ridges will disappear and the ZT will be all you’ll need.

MCMXI: “For 20 acres I would suggest going with the widest and fastest ground speed you can unless being out in the hot sun with the bugs is your idea of fun.”

I thought THAT was EXACTLY what we want with these things..:ROFLMAO::D:p

THIS is what I got to get rid of some horrible ruts and hog damage…. Now good enough to land airplanes with little 6” wheels on .

Wifey wasn't excited about the idea of a tractor. Buying a big roller might put me on the couch. Might look into renting one at some point. Got a 6' bush hog last night. Looking at buying a 5' box blade.

Side-Benefit of the Roller/Compactor: The Hogs will never ”root” around where I’ve rolled within the last year. The soil is compacted and they avoid the area…but the grass lives-on just fine. (although it does flatten and slow the growth slightly.)
