new MX5200

I am considering buying a new MX5100HST. The only concern I have is the lift capacity of the loader. I will need to be able to pick and move around large square hay bales. The Kubota sales rep says it will be more than capable.

I was thinking about waiting for the new MX5200HST. The loader capacity is supposed to be 2275lbs up from 1852lbs. Not sure when the new model will be available though.

Does anyone know much about the new MX5200HST, and do you think it would be worth waiting for?

I do wish the loader had more power. But a round bale should not be an issue. Even with a box blade on the back the loader has enough power to lift the back of the tractor. Now with my grader on the back it does not have enough power to do it.

My old massey had more loader power.

Just bought a new Mx5100 yesterday and so far so good!!! Really like the feel of the tractor and runs top notch! Haven't really tried lifting anything really heavy with it yet but I certainly feel that it will be capable of what I will need it for! Good luck with your purchase!
