Hello new M4D owner. Upon startup for the first 30 seconds or so I get a loud squeal noise that does not dissipate until about 30 seconds or more. It will occasionally happen later on and sounds like a pressure relief valve is being stressed. I have the bucket on the ground and no implements off the rear. I hit the 4WD button and it stopped. Later when I applied the brakes it would come and go.
Is this something to worry about or will these noises eventually dissipate as the hydraulics get a bit more worn into place?
I worked the front end loader and a box blade the other day for several hours of hard work and it never made the noises while the tractor was working. Only at idle sitting there and again I can hit the 4WD engagement at times to make it come and go.
