This is for a front mounted snowblower. A 3 point you could run off an fel valve or you need aux. hydraulics on the tractor. For the front mounted I don't know if you are using the fel valve or an add on, but it makes little difference. Just did an L3010 with an L481 loader so I used a new hydraulic valve, I think a 3710 should be the same. You'll have the in(pressure) and out(tank) lines, 2 pair of hydraulic lines(each pair will in line on the valve) to rotate the chute and raise and lower the blower plus a power beyond valve line off the valve for the 3 point. The in(pressure) and out(tank) should be marked on the valve, the power beyond should be on the outline side also. Keep the sets of lines off the top of the valve in pairs: how you hook them up only changes the rotation of the chute and whether you lift or lower the blower by pushing/pulling the hydraulic levers or working the joy stick. The pressure, return and power beyond lines are all hooked up under the right floorboard, return inside--pressure outside pointing forward, and the power beyond for the 3 point is hooked up in the rear pointing out. If you are using the fel valve you only need to hook up the 2 paired sets of lines to the blower according to how you want the valve/joystick to control rotation and up/down. For a 3 point blower same thing, keep the lines in pairs from where ever you get your hydraulic pressure. Hope this helps.
