Nearly New LX3300 wont start

Wont Start, lights come on, won't crank... lights stay one after key removed. Battery voltage near 12v. I Just put charger on it.

Day 2, had to disconnect battery to turn off dash lights and a fan that was running

P0563 is the error which indicates voltage over 15 volts. Are you getting any other error codes?

No other codes, my dad did try 200a booster on it

I would see if the dealer can come take a look. Did you try to jump start it prior to getting this error?
