I noticed when I took my innner cabin filter screen off when the close off lid was shut that there was about a 1/4 inch gap between the plastic cabin cap where the fresh air comes from and the recirculating close off lid, it’s closed all the way it just doesn’t cover the entire square hole…I would think this is allowing some hot air to circulate in even when the lid is closed, anyone ever modified that to close it completely off, or does in need to pull a small amount of air in… thought maybe if I closed it completely off might help with the inner cooling..
