1st check your manual to find out what Kubota says that fault code means. I don't know IF it's the OBD-II one that says 'PCM problem', which usually says there's a fault EITHER inside the PCM ( computer) or more likely in your case, some 'wiring or sensor' issue.
Having sat for over a year, I suspect 'vermin' aka MICE could have chewed through a LOT of wires in a year,so carefully tug, pull, move all wiring to see if it's 'factory fresh'. Then move all 'levers and knobs' several times, to see if a 'safety switch' has gone bad.
Check the owner's manual to see if there's a 'self check' mode . Some models will display 'in neutral', 'PTO on', etc. Also check to see how to clear that error code. Hopefully you won't have to haul it 200 miles to have a Kubota tech reset it...
I would drain all the fuel, replace the filters, recharge the battery. Confirm glowplugs work for 30 seconds, and try to restart.
