MX 4800 fuel issues

MX4800 HST shuts off after 5-10 minutes. We changed the fuel filter, fuel separator, air filters, removed the fuel tank and cleaned. It ran well for a month or two and then started doing it again. What are we missing?

Have you checked the electric lift pump?
Does it have any codes on it?

We can hear the lift pump working. There are no codes.
