[MOD] Draft Bar "Lock Lever Arm"

The lock lever arm was threaded, as was the knurled handle. The knurled handle was screwed on, and is kept in place by a 1/8" roll pin.

Much more user friendly.

Nah, the "points" are shaved a tad to remove the bite..
