messed up my m105s

Hi posted this on another section of the forum. blocked woodchipper and tractor stalled cleaned out rollers as thought the block was there tried to start pto and now no drive but pto will rotate at 300rpm when it should rotate at 1000rpm any ideas where to start? tia godfrey

First thing to do is disconnect the chipper and see what is going on with the tractor.
With the chipper disconnected will the tractor drive?
If not is there any unusual noise?

About the only thing that comes to mind off the top of my head is that you have blown the damper disk that connects the motor to the transmission.

Check back in and give as many details as you can.

Thank you for replying dropped chipper off after getting chipper turning at 300rpm when should be 1000 (rev meter on chipper) tractor moves ok and is being cleaned.loader works and 3 point linkage works no unusual noises tia cheers

If you can locate an orifice to check pto clutch hyd pressure then that's what I'll suggest. I think it would be possible to blow sealing ring in pto clutch pack. Photo below is from M7040 WSM but maybe your tractor will be similar

Hi all my m105 is now running . getting workshop repair manual but took out seat and bottom of cab took off hydraulic top cover and seen ipto pack blown repair old pack or replace with new upgraded pack. decided to fit upgraded pack took off back transmission box after taking off drawbar cradle took off hydraulic pumps oh dear have to split tractor take off back wheels fuel tanks jack up cab and took back axle off replaced ipto with new ipto pack and rebuild. note keep pack to left tractor now working better to take back wheels off tanks off first hydraulic pumps off (to get to bolt to split her)take off back transmission and take out back axle then remove top cover.Thank you all who helped with their posts.now have workshop repair manual at last cheers godfrey
