Does anyone know the size and thread of the drain plug for a D950 engine?
I am trying to find a magnetic drain plug of the right size to replace the original plug.
Could it also be useful to replace the other oil drain plugs in my 4WD B6001?

Thanks Wolfman,
With the help of P/N I found that the dimensions are M12-1.25. :)
The dimensions for the transmission plugs are the same.
I found a lot of Magnetic drain plugs on Ebay!
Any views on replacing the other drain plugs?

Why do you need to change the plugs?
and what other plugs do you need?

Magnetic plugs for the transmission as there are no oil filter there, apart from a strainer in the hydraulic line. I have also seen that Kubota tractors with the hydrostatic drive, have a filter, sometimes with magnet rings.
I also would have liked a filter on the return line in the hydraulic system, as I have on the backhoe on my MF35.

Geee if you have that much metal in your fluids I would think you got some major issues back up the line some place. The only time I ever worried about stuff like that was when I was street racing cut each filter open, and that motor was used ( beat) way harder than your tractor motor

Done thousands of oil changes, automotive. Not much magnetic stuff to show on plugs,as the wearing parts are non magnetic.automatic transmissions and some differentials have magnets. Its common to find metal. Chunks-well then sometimg is wrong. I would like to have magnetic plugs in trans and diffs. Engine- if something is goin south in the engine, likely you will hear it before a rod goes through block or pan.
