Made in China cranshafts and rotating assembly?

Has anyone rebuild there engine using China made cranshaft,connecting rods,piston and heads?if so are they good? My first thought I figured they wasn't any good.then iv been reading where the eagle and scat crankshaft was made in China
I always thought these car parts was made in U.S.A.they were good parts.now I'm not sure the tractor China parts aren't bad.anyone have good experience with them?

I know their knockoff of the 9hp Honda is really good, still running a motor mixer after 7 years of commercial service,so some 'stuff' is properly built.
You can get bad parts from anywhere around the world.
