M9960 How much do I torque the injector holders too

I have a Kubota M9960 that caught fire I had to buy new injectors and would like to know how much to torque the nut on the holders too, What a pain this thing has been:( 12k in parts so far and having to wait 2-3 weeks for some of the parts and only 550 hours use :( Dealer told me today that when I get it all back togeather I would have to pay someone to come program the injectors and all the electrical I have had to replace ecm throttle body egr valve turbo etc

That's too bad. Did you have insurance on it?

That's common place with EGR, SCR and DPF systems. Everything has to talk everything else. Your dealer should be able to help you on the torque specs.

So what happened? What caused the fire?

We have a bunch of 9960's out with very little problems! I am with the above poster, what caused the fire!

Also you not going to win with getting lawyers involved! Obviously your dealer let you down, which is deplorable:mad:

If it was the fault of the machine, did you contact Kubota customer service? A fire caused by the machine is a serious thing! I would like to think that the district service rep. would and should investigate.
