I just purchased a used M8540. I started fine up until now. The temp was around 15 degrees out and it would not even start to turn over. It acted like I still had it in gear or something so the safety feature was kicking in to prevent it from starting. I rechecked everything to make sure the parking brake was on, ect but it didn't help. Battery was fully charged. Suggestions?

May be a bad safety switch. You may have to go thru each of them one at a time until you find a bad one.
That's just a guess but I would start with the simple stuff first.
Now that I've said that. I'd start by cleaning the battery terminals and check your ground wire for corrosion where it hooks to the frame.
