M7060hd12 rops adjustment

Has anyone had luck getting their rops to go half way down and be able to bolt it on that position? I seen it the other day driving my a small farm. I can't do it on mine as far as I can see, but all the help I can get would be great. I can't always have it up due my buildings size and all the way down is a pain for adding fuel with cans and my snow blower chute arm. Any suggestions?

No that ROPS is not designed to be run half folded.
