Hi All, new user here. I've been reading the post for years though.
I have a 2007 M7040 with LA1153 loader which had issues with the pivot cylinders from early on. The lift would not hold the bucket or bale spear level for very long and it always tilted downward. Kubota issued a service bulletin on the pivot cylinders and the local dealership rebuilt them. A couple of months later Kubota sent my dealer replacment cylinders and said they needed to be replaced. My issues with the tilt was never resolved. Lately the issue has gotten worse, and now I experience times when the tilt will not lift at all. If I give it a while it will eventually start working again. I've changed filters and fluid a couple of times even thought the tractor only has 310 hours on it. I'm starting to thing the issue might be in the control valve somewhere now. The cylinders have never shown any sign of leaking or defect. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
