The loader will lift fine, and tilt the attachment, in this case a set of pallet forks, but the forks, descend, or tip down so apparently there is an internal leak either within the tilt cylinders, or the valve? When we purchased the tractor we got the valving that you could set up so that the loader attachment would self level hydraulically so I am assuming that this additional valving may be involved as well, It doesn't appear, that any or the three setting make a difference. Any suggestions? I am a bit reluctant to pull the valve and determine if there are some internal o-rings that may have broken, but evidently oil pressure is being released somewhere.

Sounds like there is an issue with the self leveling system, or yes you might have a blown internal cylinder leak.

The valve blocks do not have any internal seals in them it's all sealed by a tolerance fit of metal to metal, so the chances of a leak there is really low.

I would bet it's something with the self leveling.
