M6 141 limp mode

I have a M6 141 that just goes into limp mode. I've cleaned the air filter, changed all 4 fuel filters took it for a drive and it seemed to fix the problem with no limp mode. Yesterday my dad was driving it and it with a load of hay and was working fine then it went into limp mode he said he was lucky to get it off the road. Anybody else have any ideas that might cause it too do this before I call the dealer.

That's a "smart" machine, it will give you codes as to what is happening.
You need the WSM (aka service manual) and the code, to figure out is going on.
As several things will cause it to go into limp mode.
