Sloppy pins and no bushings is what I see. I've got the FEL off for an engine overhaul. Before I put it back on I want to address the broken bushings where the main arms attach to the towers. The tower mounting "sleeves" were broken loose. These are a non replaceable part.
The rams for raise attach below on the tower. The ends of the rams are worn 3/8" egg shape to the point where I could see the end of the ram inside the worn out weld on end.
Here's what I've got so far.

Looks like it was ridden over the mountain and put to bed wet (a couple of times)!! It's all fixable, just requires time, patience and some new steel.

A long day but it's back on and tight and the fittings take grease.
I still need the couplers for the remotes. They leak and being the break away type they pop off too easy. Kubota has the couplers for $107 each. I'm going to check the local hydraulic shop before I spend $450 for couplers.
The front flood lights got wired up today and the lower cowls and fuse panel went back in today also.
