New to me tractor, head and tail lights work, no blinkers or flashers. Where is the flasher located? fuses all good.

Be sure to check the ground wire at the light. It may or may not be the issue.
My neighbor has a 5240 that he brought over to troubleshoot the problem...but it was on one side only. Fooling with the wires would make the light work so the ground was cleaned up and made secure. Problem solved.
