Was mowing with my MMM and without any dash warning the tractor shutdown. LCD dash display went completely blank. Of course it will not restart in this condition. I can turn the ignition to the "ON" position but the LCD stays blank, nor do any indicator lights come on. Also, the headlights or emergency flashers do not work with ignition "ON". I do hear the clicking when I turn the ignition ON though. Battery is fine (hooked up to my truck battery to test) and all fuses up front around the battery are good. Any ideas what to check next? It's a 2024 model.

Make sure all levers are returned to normal so that all your safety start circuits are in the correct state to allow it to start. If that doesn,t work, I,m not sure how you proved your battery is fine by hooking it up to your truck battery to test it . Maybe you could explain more how you did that. Also, check both ends of your battery cables to make sure they are shiny clean, and tight.

A 2024 model will still be under warranty right? A call to your local dealer might be in order.

Yeah, the safety circuits are my next plan of attack, but can a fault in the safety circuits cause the dash screen to be completely blank when the ignition is in the on position? Plus, no headlights or flashers either? As for the battery test, I just paralleled my truck battery with the tractor's using jumper cables.

That's plan if I can't fix it in house. Otherwise I'll need to winch it up on my trailer and haul it 50 miles to the dealer... unless they make house calls.

Sounds like there is no power to the key switch and noted above are the probable reasons:
post #3 is (probably) pointing to a main fuse block
Battery cables need attention
Battery may be bad. (Eliminate the tractor battery from circuit and then attach truck battery to the tractor. Keep the tractor positive cable away from the metal parts of the tractor of course)
