LX2610 mower compatible with B2650?

I found a 60" deck locally...
The LX2610 mower is RCK60-30BB and the B2650 mower is RCK60-30BA. Given the LX and B2650 are damn near the same thing I would think they are compatible. Anyone know if it will work on my B2650?

Same situation & same question.

I've been told that there's no difference, just a new model number for a new model year - which I don't believe.

It does appear that the 'ba' will work in place of the 'bb' - but I don't know what possible issues the 'generally interchangeable' parts might cause.

Any information would be very much appreciated.
