I'm looking to source an off the shelft (not fabricated) front towing "eye" that I can bolt onto the existing holes of the the front frame rail of my 2020 LX2610. My application is that i want to run a logging chain / hook thru the eye so I can pull stuff (small trees, etc). I can find similiar items for BX series machines but not so much for LX. 2 questions: (1) it appears that the the front frame rail bolt pattern may be the same for LX and BX . Can anyone confirm that? (2) can anyone suggest a low cost place to find what I'm looking for. thanks,

I dont think the bolt pattern is the same between BX and LX. @S-G-R used these hooks from kens bolt on hooks into existing holes in the front frame rail, one on each side.

I fabbed up a D-Ring on a plate.

Inexpensive harbor freight hooks should be a direct fit (no drilling) can be mounted to the sides of your frame. I use two of them and never had an issue. I think they ran about $6/ when I got them.

Mr. "test123"
I put one in my bucket a couple weeks ago. (no reason you couldn't put it in your frame after you verify hole size)
I did the same years ago on my TG1860, which isn't technically a tractor, but my gosh that thing'll haul some stuff around ! (engine almost as large as the 'BX)

Big eyebolt

I'm confused. You said you didn't want something "fabricated" yet you are buying from an ebay seller who is doing just that.

good point. what I meant to say in my original post is that I didnt want to fabricate this item (actually- I dont have the means of fabricating). i was looking to find a product i could order online and have shipped to me quickly. Johnstown industrial is sort of a hybrid between a fab shop and a stocking seller. he makes his stock items to order and is happy to customize. maybe not for everyone but it works for me.

I had one of these on a previous BX. I am not sure they have something for your model or not but maybe worth a call. It was very well made(hefty)…better than the OEM on my B. I believe they are right next (or they used to be)to a kubota dealer so if you need something for a model they don’t have they can probably walk over measure/trace and help you out. They were helpful when I ordered from them in past…it’s worth a call maybe.

One more thought…whatever you choose, make sure you can run the loader down below grade without the cross pipe hitting your hitch…I believe that was an issue when I bought one for the BX…most places did not know, would not say or would not check…anyway maybe check that there is no inference from how far the hitch stickers out to your loader.
