I decided on the lx2610su on my dealer's lot, at over a $1000 cheaper than the lx2610, after checking out both models, I was more than happy with the su model. It also came with R14 tires. I opted for the swift tach model 535 loader, the dealer called me a day later and said the "swift tach" kit was on back order so they would deliver my tractor with the standard LA535 loader, then once the kit arrived, they would come out to my place and make the switch there. I was good with that. So they delivered my tractor and loader, the fellow that delivered it demonstrated the disconnect procedure with the loader, even though my BX I traded had the swift tach, after seeing how simple and straight forward the standard loader was to disconnect, I popped into the dealer and told them to cancel the kit. They promptly wrote me a cheque for $885 bucks! for the difference. I'm a happy camper!
...just realized this should have been posted in implements and attachments...whoops

Good move, the Swift-tach just does not fit the LX platform well IMO, WAY too much stuff hanging very high and out in the breeze just waiting to snag something. And as you mentioned, how long does it really take to deal with the 4 Pioneer couplers and how often to you really drop the FEL. Congrats....l

I agree about the swift-tach, it struck me as a total after-thought how its mounted for the LX. I thought it was going to be a lot more tucked away and neat like on the bx tractors. It all worked out in my favour I suppose. The standard FEL is a lot more stream lined.(y)
