hello im a newbie here and I have a 1993 b7100 with a front loader anyways I have turf tires on this. I would like to find new rims and tires for the tractor as I do work with this and these tires don't work good on hills and in the mud I have 31x13.50x 15 on the back and like 20x10 on front

I first worry about the size tires that you have now as they appear not to be the right ratio.
Having a tire of the wrong ratio can cause serious issues with the 4wd operation and parts.

You should have:
Turf front 20.5x8-10
Turf rear 29x12-15

Ag front 6-12
Ag rear 8-16

Well you are in luck as they increased both the front and rear so it's still in ratio.

Now if you want to change tread style from Turf to AG you will need to find new 12" and 16" rims, EBay is your best bet.
