I went and looked at a l260 today and was curious if you could give me a few pointers of what to look for on this tractor before purchasing? Also does this model need a overrun clutch pto assembly or is it built in? The tractor is very solid and runs good although the starter seems like it may need rebuilt because the battery appears "newer" but it cranks over slow. Thanks for the help. The guy is asking $2000 for it. I will be using it to bush hog 2-3 acres, plow snow and keep my gravel drive in order.

Old is the key word.
Why it is a Kubota, and they are tough, it's old and parts are getting very hard to find for these old gals, keep that in mind.
