The only implement I have that isn’t compatible with pat’s quick hitch is a kubota ballast box. Being that I have extra time at Home due to covid-19, I decided to empty my ballast box and replace the draw pins with longer pins to accommodate the quick hitch. The longest cat 1 pin I could find at TSC was 6 1/4”. Do they make one longer?

Not sure on how long of pins there are made but a Grade Eight bolt can be a great pin. Get two nuts and lock washer to bolt it in place. Cut the head off and ground the sharp end rounded.
Tractor Supple sells those bolts. They are the gold ones.

McMaster-Carr sells rolled steel rods every diameter imaginable cut in whatever length you order. My LA1002 FEL attachments needed 30mm pins and Kubota had NONE! (But wanted $11 ea for what they didn’t have.) McMaster-Carr and $30 and I had a half-dozen.

??? Pat's QH attaches to the ends of the lift arms release/adjust stabilizers to allow arms to connect.

I had Pat's QH, scrapped it for the real thing. Replaced Kubota box with a Titan. Had to mod the top connection - if you have to move the top hook is it really a QH?

Thanks everyone. All good food for thought. I don’t know how to weld, otherwise I would just modify the box. The gripe about pat’s QH is valid, but I do run a rear blade for snow removal that requires quite a bit of top link lengthening to get the angle right. I think I’d be jumping on and off the tractor just as much during the winter at least.

I tried 6 1/2” draw pins and they are still to short. I’m considering just drilling new holes lower on the box so that the pat’s QH adapters won’t hit the top. Next step is a new box. Adding tire ballast tomorrow.

Can you take a picture(s) of the issue? I'm not following and interested in what the issue is.
