Very cool.

I've been logging with my L3800 for over a year now and am very impressed! I'm not doin any lifting with the FEL, but am skidding some huge oak logs out of the woods to our bandsaw mill.

The forklift looks to have a fair amount of steel in it (heavy), and the design tends to keep the load weight well out in front.
The lift capacity is measured at the loader arm pivot points, and has enough geometry involved in its calculation to give me a headache. The farther out in front, the less it can lift. It isn't like a real forklift, that lifts as much at the fork tips as at the back - if it doesn't tip over.
It looks to me like you are getting the job done, and having quality time on the Kubota!
