I have a B2400 with La352 - The hydraulic cylinders are leaking and the rods are pitting.

Are these repairable or do I need new ones? If I do need new ones, can I get any that are not Kubota branded (and priced) - I have a tractor supply and agri supply and a few other tractor places close.

I don't care what it looks like...

Those are TOAST.

whatever you end up replacing them with, spray them with Fluid film.

wow, they're beyond repair for sure , sad.....
To replace them, you'll need to measure the fully closed length, fully open length and rod diameter.
Obviously need ones of the same 'style' of ends. Also what pressure rating ? Possibly 2,000 PSI ? That is important !
'Off the shelf' cylinders tend to be in 2" increments ( 36-38-40-...... )

When you get new ones, if you're going to store loader for more than a month, spray some kind of 'thick oil' on the expose rams or fully retract them.

There are places that will grind/turn the rams undersize, them copper & chrome plate them back to better than new.
I had it done with one of my backhoe swing cylinders, it had a nearly .125 dp gash in it, and they fixed it perfectly. (Chrome plating .030 thk vs .005 -.007 thk on today's stuff)
But it was not cheap, $270 for a 1.125 x 16" ram, in 2011.
They said it was only going to get more expensive, due to EPA regulations.

This is where I had mine done, maybe there is a similar place near you:

Yeah, those are trashed. The pits will keep eating the wiper seals. I did see someone put an aftermarket cylinder on a kubota lifter, but they had to cut one end off the cylinder and weld on the old kubota end to get the right fit.

My snowplow on my jeep has some pretty pitted cylinders, but that whole rig leaks a bit so I don't really care. Good to know re-chroming might be an option, and it might well be cheaper than buying a new one (especially if you re-seal it yourself).
